Participating museums across the country admit two guests with a Museum Day Live! ticket for FREE.
Slightly different from past years [4], your FREE ticket is available to download once you choose the museum.
Also, some museums will accept your ticket on the screen of your smart phone.
To get your FREE ticket, follow these steps:

- Select your state
- Choose your museum
- Download your ticket to print or to show at the museum
Each ticket will admit one person plus a guest. The tickets are a limit of one per e-mail address. If you need 4 tickets, then register with 2 e-mail addresses (e.g., personal and junk e-mail account [6]). Read the ticket closely as some museums are limiting the offer to one Museum Day Live! ticket per household.
Check with your chosen location [7] for FREE admission for children. Some museums offer FREE admission for children ages 12 and under. For those museums participating but closed on Saturdays, check their website for an alternate day to use your Museum Day Live! ticket.
